Pujjis was all that I had hoped for and more. When I arrived,
the positive energy from Jane, Arvind and their lovely home was evident.
The warm, family atmosphere made me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment
I stepped in the door. Jane and Arvind seemed to know exactly when to give me space
and when to help me through any of the mental and physical issues that I faced on
any given day. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The day I left was not
just the departure from a wellness retreat but a departure from friends that had
made a profound impact on me during my week long visit. My thoughts often travel
back to Pujjis with the hope I will have the opportunity to visit again soon.

We will create for you a tailor-made yoga routine that will help you to understand, and explore, your body patterns. Through these sessions, you will be well on your way to achieving lasting ease and comfort. You don’t need to be flexible to benefit from yoga therapy. The techniques we use are subtle and gentle, softening your body from within to release tension and inhibitions held in your body. This will foster an attitude of curiosity and compassion, as we encourage you to explore the limits and joys of your body. Specific postures and movement patterns will be used to create new options for moving about in your body. This in turn will relieve pain, stress and tension - in your body and your life! |
