The experience started with a postural 'reading' by Jane. She observed minor
misalignments and from this devised some yoga stretches which touched on deeply defended and
clenched areas of my body. Arvind massaged those areas whilst counseling me on the related old,
held emotions. The tone is gentle, nurturing and cocooning - not pushing one to new heights but
rather coming home to soft, comfortable feelings of self acceptance in body and mind. A
distinctly caring energy. At Pujjis you get something which money can very seldom buy you - love,
and from-the-heart nurture. The remarkable thing is that this treatment' flows from the yoga
room to the massage table and out into mealtimes, and the rest of your stay. it's about two
attentive individuals who extend to you their all-day care and don't take on more than a handful
of guests at once.

London, England After spending three nights at Pujjis we realised that it was not enough and we
signed up for another six. Jane and Arvind provide a warm, safe, friendly, educational and spiritual
retreat that allows you to understand and come to grips with exactly what it is that you are looking for.
Like many we had been searching, reading, and studying with no direction, but once we arrived at Pujjis we
realized that the search was over and we could just relax and be our true selves. It has been two months
now since our visit to Pujjis and we are still reminded daily of the lessons we learned and the friendship
we made with Jane and Arvind. Thank you for allowing us to share in a small part of your life.

Canada I returned to the Puiji's as my first time was so special. Even though I was on my own with just a few days to spare, Jane and Arvind's gentle attention gave me what I needed at that very moment. Their ease and hospitality is warm and natural; time with them is restoring and what I have taken away, invaluable
